The ground rules.
Draft — last updated 2026-10-21. This is beta wording awaiting legal review, not final terms.
1. Who you're agreeing with
These terms are between you and Invoco Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202622894N), Singapore, who runs Red Dates. Using the app means you agree to them and to the privacy notice.
2. Who can use it
You must be 18 or older. Red Dates is for your personal, non-commercial use, and during the beta it is invite-only and free.
3. Your account
You sign in with a passkey on your device, or a one-time code. Keep your device secure. If you lose access, ask the person who invited you, or us, for a new link.
4. Couples
Linked partners share plans, the Us chat, memories and photos either of you adds, and swipes. Your own secretary chat, private notes and surprises stay yours. Either of you can unlink at any time in Settings; what was only yours leaves with you.
5. Suggestions and AI
Plans, routes and the secretary's replies are suggestions, and the secretary is an AI that can be wrong. Check opening hours, prices, accessibility and safety yourself before you go.
6. Your content
You own what you add. You let us host and show it to you and your partner so the app works. Only upload photos and text you have the right to share.
7. Fair use
No harassment. Don't track a partner without their consent: live location is shared only by the person sharing it, each time. No scraping, and no abusing the AI credits.
8. Maps and places
Some place details, photos and look-ups come from Google Maps. By using them you agree to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy. Other map data comes from OpenStreetMap and other open sources, credited on the licences page.
9. The beta
Red Dates is an early beta: features change, things break, and we may pause or end it, or suspend an account that breaks these terms. It is provided as it is, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses from using it. Credits have no cash value.
10. Law and contact
Singapore law governs these terms, and Singapore courts decide disputes. Questions: [email protected].
